• All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In case of event being cancelled/postponed we will refund only the actual value of the ticket you purchased for and not the service fee.

• Adults, and Children 10+ years of age will require Adult ticket to be purchased.

• Children between 3 and 9 years of age will require Children ticket to be purchased.

• Children below 3 will be considered lap child & seat is not guaranteed in case of house full show.

• Buy member ticket only if  you are an active MMTB Member. Membership will be validated at the counter.

• Seat allocation is strictly First come first serve basis only.

• Extra seats cannot be blocked for anyone coming later. Volunteers will not allow this. Whoever comes first, gets the seats.

• One seat per ticket. 

• Children (any age) without tickets need to sit on parents lap.

• In the interest of allowing everyone to enjoy the movie, if toddlers are crying/playing/shouting/disturbing, then one parent needs to take them out
